Menes started this week and of course like always I didn’t write down on the day it started and now here it is the end of the week and I can’t remember which day it was that it started. Nope, this has never been something I ever kept track of. Ever. I never bothered to care but it is connected to the migraines and mood cycle. Even now as I’m nearing the end of the stupid thing I can feel my aura start. Maybe I need to edit my tracker somehow to specifically include that somehow. In any case the weather sucked this week with lots of chilly rain so we were very lazy and didn’t get out to do any walking at all.
