  • Finished Chap.7 yesterday, got Chap.8 done, planned Chap.9 and got it started – so even though I’m above par in word count, I feel woefully behind with my plans (why did I think I could get a chapter a day done?) since I’m three prompts behind at this point
  • gotten half of the total prompts planned scheduled into the blog at this point – really wishing I had planned this better and gotten this part of it all done last month – it’s all written in my notebook but it takes time to type it up, add the links, and throw together the music list to go with it

Monday ~ November 13, 2017

Hours of Sleep: bed at 8:30pm night before, up at midnight – 4 hours total
(I haven’t gotten rid of that damn chest cold yet and it woke me up with a coughing fit)
took nap between 9:30am to 3pm (didn’t mean to sleep that long but I was exhausted by the time I finished Chap.10) – 6.5 hours total – at least the aura is gone now

  • 600mg Ibuprophen at 6pm (pain in my lower right ribs again – like someone had kicked me there, still don’t know if this is migraine related as current research suggests, but that’s the point of documenting it – but this is the day after the aura so… yeah… coincidence or correlation? more data needed)

  • 1 16oz. coffee from gas station
  • 2 packets of oatmeal (yes, the gingerbread spice flavor is thicker than the others – had the pumpkin spice today)

  • also thankful that the rib pain and aura (messed up vision and eye strain is gone) – for now at least
  • I’ve read or heard somewhere recently that flashing lights can not only trigger seizures, but also trigger migraines so I need to be more mindful about what I’m viewing on the computer – I don’t remember seeing flashing lights this past week, so I’m thinking this time it’s from a lack of proper sleep catching up with me
