I could have written more today, but I ended up spending most of the day staring at my screen. I knew how the chapter needed to start and how I wanted it to end, but damned if I knew how to cross the void between the two.

Has this happened to you before and what do you do to overcome it? I really felt like I was slogging through it even though things are ramping up plot wise.

At least I got the chapter finished and it brings me closer to my personal chapter goal, which today should have seen me at the halfway point of the story’s length with Chapter 26. The urge to push myself is there, but my brain is mush at this point.
