Well, here we are at the end of the year. The Chaos Rally has changed a bit over the months but it turned out to be a process I truly enjoyed doing.
Music therapy is very much a thing and so many people, be they neurotypical or not, benefit from it. It truly is the universal language! It’s been very therapeutic for me to include music in so many of my posts here. In the future I’d like to do more with music, but I’m not sure just what yet. My therapist has been very happy and encouraging with my use of music in creative projects.
I also must add that Tuxedo Cat has become more verbal since he started piano lessons and composing his own music. He’s started talking more about the fan fiction he writes and recently composed a piece for that storyline. I was there when he wrote it with his piano teacher, but I can’t get him to play it in its entirety for me. At least it’s an improvement in his development and I’m happy that he has found something that brings him joy.
I plan to continue the Chaos Rally and the Chaos Pen Challenge since both series feature music. I’d also like to finish the Tarot card set I’ve started creating using the MMD program and Blender. I have a song list associated with each card and use those for the Chaos Pen Challenges. I think it’s safe to say that music will remain a big part of my life, online and offline.
And this is where I extend my gratitude to all of you that have been following my blog. WordPress has been a good experience for me and I’m so glad my sister had pushed me to come here. The community here is amazing. You guys have been supportive and encouraging – not just to me, but to each other as well. I’m proud to say I’m a member of this community.
Thank you for accepting me. Thank you for being a part of my journey on here.
Finally, as promised, here is the complete song list for the year. This project not only introduced me to artists I had never heard of, but it also reacquainted me with artists from my younger years. Here’s to another year of great music!
