  • 2 cotto salami and provolone on wheat
  • 1 bag microwaved popcorn

  • spent all day working on custom terrain map, seriously dissatisfied with how it keeps turning out

  • went shopping
  • picked up Tuxedo Cat from school – fell asleep 5 times before lunch
  • continued working on the map, but didn’t get much done
  • my brain just wasn’t with it

  • 1 yogurt cup
  • 1 slice leftover pizza
  • beef roast cut into steaks and cooked that way, mashed potatoes, green beans

Notes

  • didn’t expect the Benadryl to work last night
  • I may need to back off on caffeine intake
    • coffee hasn’t changed much, but the soda has been added to the diet
  • spoke with someone from DHHS to register our PCPs, and got the listed insurances mix up fixed
    • some reason they had it that Little Bear and I no longer had Tricare with the other two boys still having it
    • it’s ONLY Little Bear that still has it
    • checked the online portal later in the day and saw that it was corrected
    • this particular office has a long standing history of fucking up paperwork, and it’s sad to see that hasn’t changed

Thursday ~ March 29, 2018

  • 600mg Ibuprophen @ 8am
  • 600mg Ibuprophen @ 3:30pm

Meals

  • 3 cups of coffee
  • 1 double shot coffee
  • 1 handful of grapes

Notes

  • woke up with what I think is a caffeine headache (that’s what the “c” is for)
    • I think I cut back too much – why can’t there ever be a happy medium?
  • had to pick up Little Bear from school due to stomach flu
  • never mind, headache transitioned to migraine
