As the holiday season begins, don’t be afraid to listen and share tasks with your loved ones.

How do you plan to share the holiday tasks with your loved ones for your self care this year? Maybe you’re not the one that does everything for the holidays every year? Perhaps it’s another family member that could use an extra hand.

Far too often due to anxiety or perfectionism, many of us are driven to do everything and be everything each season and we forget to entire point of the holidays. It’s supposed to be a family event where loved ones come together to appreciate and value one another.

So this year, whether you’re the one that typically does it all or the one that enjoys it all, consider trying to meet more in the middle like these pandas are doing in the image of this card. This way everyone gets a chance to be involved and enjoys the season.
