The Hanged Man encourages us to accept the pace that the universe has set for us.

Whether we rush or sit idle, it creates resistance in our lives and it’s this resistance that creates pain.

Life is a series of reactions. The harder we push the universe to make something happen, chances are the harder it’s going to push back. And if we choose to remain idle, eventually the universe is going to push us out of that cozy little nest we’ve made for ourselves.

The Hanged Man encourages us to embrace a steady balance between these two while trusting in the pace that the universe has set for us.

Resistance and expectations are what causes pain in life. Some is good and even required for growth, but not necessary all the time in life.
