The wellness tarot challenge for this coming week is to embrace transitions by relaxing into the process rather than resisting in an authentic way to overcome the scarcity mindset. Read on for the details!
This Coming Week’s Reading
The purpose of this Chaos Rally tarot reading is to take a look at the coming week and see in what way we can challenge ourselves to do better in regards to our overall wellness. I ask you to approach this as a fun brainstorming session of possibilities rather than me prescribing a course of action to you.
And again, in terms of wellness I want to point out that this applies to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the self. All four of these comprise the total sense of being and need to be taken care of in order to be well. As always, and I cannot stress this enough, be sure to speak to the appropriate professional before making changes to your care plan. This is especially true if my reading for some reason inspires a change in diet, exercise, supplements, or medications, or even raises a concern regarding to your health.
I’m not a specialist in any of these fields. My goal is to look at how to manage wellness in the presence and with the cooperation of your professional care team. Please keep this in mind when going over this reading.

The Challenge: Six of Swords
The challenge for this coming week is embracing this transition with an open heart and mind.
Monday Button’s position represents the challenge you need to be working on at this time. Thus, what you need to be working on right now is found within the Six of Swords.
This card represents the quiet transition. Sometimes it’s a physical one, but often times this is internal and involves a shift in one’s mindset.
The challenge for this coming week is embracing this transition with an open heart and mind.
The Lesson: Nine of Pentacles
The lesson to be learned here is to trust in ourselves enough to have the self-discipline to go with the flow when required rather than against it.
Grim Lee’s position represents what you need to be learning while working on your challenge. Therefore, your lesson at this time is found within the Nine of Pentacles.
The Nine of Pentacles is all about self-discipline, self-reliance, refinement, and relaxation.
So what are we supposed to be learning here from the challenge?
All life has its rhythms of ups and downs and cycles. When we are not willing to weather them, or resist them instead, we render ourselves unable to relax and enjoy the finer things that life has to offer. We end up reducing our lives to constant struggle.
The lesson to be learned here is to trust in ourselves enough to have the self-discipline to go with the flow when required rather than against it.
Learn how to relax into the process of your transitions rather than resisting them.
And since the challenge for this upcoming week is embracing whatever transition you’re facing, this means you need to learn how to relax into it rather than resist the process.
This will allow you to have more time to enjoy your life.
The Inner Lie: Three of Pentacles
The only cure for a scarcity mindset is to create abundance in your life.
Murphy Law’s position represents the false belief you need to overcome while working on your challenge. The inner lie at this time is revealed within the Three of Pentacles.
This card focuses on the team oriented approach, planning, and having the resources to get the job done right.
The inner lie here is the false belief that at least one of these things is missing in your life right now. This is a scarcity mindset and the only cure for that is to create abundance.
List out what it is you believe you don’t have. Now write down how you can obtain whatever it is you need. Don’t know how to get it? Do your homework and find out.
Need people to help you but don’t know who those people are? Seriously, go find out who those people are. They exist. In today’s age with the internet they are only a click away. There are people out there with answers waiting to help others every day. Some are even willing to do it for free if you’re lucky. But you won’t find them if you don’t start looking.
No one is ever truly alone in this world. Please remember that.
It’s important to note how the traveler in the Six of Swords isn’t alone. They are getting help in their journey just as the craftsman in the Three of Pentacles isn’t alone and is receiving aid.
No one is ever truly alone in this world. Please remember that.
By having the self-discipline we need to create abundance, we are better able to relax and enjoy the finer things the world has to offer in our lives.
By having the self-discipline we need to create abundance, we are better able to relax and enjoy the finer things the world has to offer in our lives.
The transitions we experience in life are smoother when we relax into them and lean into the assistance of others.

The Wisdom: Seven of Swords
When we fail to be authentic, we rob ourselves the quality of life we truly deserve.
Wise Toad’s position represents the wisdom to keep in mind as you work on your challenge. The wisdom you need at this time is found within the Seven of Swords.
This card is frequently called the thief card in the tarot deck, but in context of this reading the one thing that comes to my mind is authenticity.
When we fail to be authentic, we rob ourselves the quality of life we truly deserve.
When we’re not honest with ourselves or those around us about the transitions we’re going through, we increase the suffering and isolation we experience.
When we’re not honest with ourselves or those around us about the transitions we’re going through, we increase the suffering and isolation we experience.
In order to fully enjoy the fruits of life we must relax and embrace self-reliance.
The reason it’s difficult to share our true selves is because we don’t trust ourselves enough to shine as we are, but the Nine of Pentacles teaches us that in order to fully enjoy the fruits of life we must relax and embrace self-reliance.
It’s easier to obtain the resources and support you need when you are authentic.
It’s easier to obtain the resources and support you need when you are authentic. Dishonesty creates a different vibe compared to when you are honest.
So be real about what you’re going through and what you need. There’s no need to be overly dramatic any more than there is to shrug it off.
Also, it’s important to note that neediness occurs when we wait to the last second to express whatever it is we need. Neediness isn’t having a need. Neediness is desperation. Don’t wait until you’ve reached a crisis point to speak up. Speak up as the need arises.
Conclusion
Embrace transitions by relaxing into the process rather than resisting in an authentic way to overcome the scarcity mindset.
Okay let’s pull back and look at the entire spread, shall we?
The challenge is to embrace the transition we are facing this coming week while the lesson to be learned from it is to have the self-discipline we need to relax into the process rather than resist it. In doing so, we come to realize that we have the resources and support we need by being authentic.
