The Four of Swords reminds us that we all need to take the time to rest and prepare now and then.

We are not designed to be constantly on the go. Doing so will only result in burn out and breaking down.

Even machines need to be shutdown for repairs and maintenance every now and then. As humans we are no different other than we need it more frequently. Embracing this fact will do us a world of good.
