The Four of Swords encourages us to rest our minds as much as we rest our bodies.
Sleep alone isn’t enough for this. We need to give our minds a break from the daily clutter and stressors whenever we can and allow ourselves to just be as we are in the moment.
Believe it or not, the brain benefits from not just meditation, but from daydreaming as well. It’s good to occasionally sit idle and allow the mind wander freely with the imagination as a child would.
