The Nine of Swords encourages us to work on releasing our anxieties in order to improve our sleep.
Sleep quality plays a major role in our overall health and anxiety is one of the biggest contributors to sleep disruption.
The challenging aspect of this is poor sleep makes it harder to cope with anxiety, which creates a negative loop. But you need to start somewhere to break the cycle.
