Welcome to Self-Care with tarot! Each week we will go over one tarot card and explore how it can be used to inspire a self-care activity for the week. This week is the Three of Cups.
Introduction and Meaning of the Card

With that said, in the context of self-care, I take this card to mean that there is a need to celebrate that which is good in your life right now. It’s way too easy to focus on the negative things from day to day that we often forget there are good things happening right now if only we are willing to pay attention.
My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to take the time to celebrate at least one good thing you have going on in your life right now. Big or small, it doesn’t matter so long as you fully appreciate it and take joy in it. It doesn’t even need to be a huge affair either in order to celebrate. All you really need to do is allow yourself to feel it in its fullness.
