Think of at least one time in your life, either today or sometime in the past, where you have felt truly secure. In your journal, write in detail describing why you felt this way and why you are grateful for this time in your life.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
