Think of at least one time you overcame a challenge in your life, past or present. In your journal describe in detail what you did to overcome it. As you reflect on this, take the time to express what it is you’re grateful about it.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
