Welcome to Self-Care with tarot! Each week we will go over one tarot card and explore how it can be used to inspire a self-care activity for the week. This week is the Ten of Cups.
Introduction and Meaning of the Card
With that said, in the context of self-care, I take this card to mean there is a need to invest time, effort, and energy into your family of choice. The family we are born into is our family of circumstance, but the people we truly love are those our hearts and souls call family – who can be anyone. It’s those people we need to be investing in.
My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is taking the time to truly be present with those whom you call family within your heart and soul in whatever way possible.
