Think back to the most recent conflict you’ve been in.Who else was involved? Write in your journal the circumstances around it. What was necessary to resolve the issue? What did you learn from this experience and which aspects of it are you grateful about it?
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
