When was the last time you felt nurtured or supported by someone? When was this and who was there for you to provide this? What was it they did for you? Write in your journal the details about this person and why you are grateful for them.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
