Think back to the most recent major change in your life. When did this happen and how did your life change? Was this an easy transformation for you, or was it difficult enough that it felt like the end of the world? What did it feel like for you before and after the change was over? What aspects of this experience are you grateful for?
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
