When was the last time you felt so exhausted, you had nothing left to give? What was going on at this time? What did you decide to do about it? Did this resolve the issue for you? If not, what do you think might be a better solution in the future? In either case, what did you learn from it? What aspects of this experience are you grateful for?
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
