When was the last time you were really in the zone and just flowed with what you were doing? What were you doing? How does it make you feel? Take the time to express why you are grateful for this moment and activity.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
