Think about your current social circle right now. Think of the people you know, interact with on a regular basis, and the quality of the relationships you have. Write in your journal who comes to mind and how each one makes you feel. Take the time to note what it is about them you are grateful to have them in your life at this time.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
