With that said, in the context of self-care, I take this card to mean there is a need to examine your routines and rituals.
My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to take the time to pay attention to and assess your daily routines to determine if they are functional and helping you move forward in your life.
