When was the last time you tried something new? When was this? What was it that you tried? How did it make you feel? How challenging was it for you? Did you do this on your own or did you do this with someone else? Describe all of this in your journal along with what you are grateful for about this experience.


If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
