Think back to a time when you had a large task or project that you broke down into smaller parts to make it easier. What was this big task? Did you do all the small parts yourself, or did you have help with it? Describe the task and your experience with it in your journal. Make sure to include what aspects of it you’re grateful for.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
