When was the last time you felt truly awake and alive? What was going on in your life at the time? How you feel before and after this event? Describe this in your journal along with why you are grateful for this moment.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
