Consider your current health and well-being for a moment. What about it and your care plan is going well for you right now? Who else is involved that is helping you to make this happen? Make a list in your journal and express gratitude for the good things about your well-being right now.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
