When was the last time you were so worried about something that it impacted your health? What coping skills did you use to manage the anxiety and to improve your well-being? How did you learn these skills and how well did they help you? Describe this experience in your journal and express gratitude for the things that helped you.


If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
