Think back to the last time you learned something new. What was it? How long did it take you to feel like you had it figured out? Do you feel like you have it mastered now or is this something you are still working on? Explain this in your journal along with the aspects of it that you are grateful for.

If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
