My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to work on something you find to be challenging.
This could be learning a new skill. It could be tackling a chore you’ve been putting off. Finishing a project you’ve set aside. Maybe even taking that hike you’ve been wanting to go do. Doesn’t matter what it is. You know what’s challenging for you and what will give you a sense of accomplishment when it’s finally done. Even if you only work on it a little bit at a time if that’s what you need to do. The point is that you work on it and make the effort.
