When was the last time you felt considered by someone else? Who was this other person that took the time to think about you? What did they do to make you feel this way? What is it about this experience that you’re grateful for? Explain all of this in your journal.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
