When was the last time you struggled for peace, but at the time you weren’t sure how to achieve it? What were the circumstances? Was peace eventually obtained? Was this something you facilitated, or was this something that resolved on its own? Explain this experience and what you’re grateful for about it in your journal.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
