When was the last time you learned something through careful study? What was it? Did you learn this on your own, or did you have an instructor? How long did it take? How challenging was it for you? How did it make you feel once you were done? Explain all of this, along with the aspects of it that you’re grateful for, in your journal.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
