When was the last time you needed to work through some difficult emotions? What was going on at the time? What or who helped you get through it? In your journal, describe all of this and include what aspects of this you’re grateful for.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
