When was the last time you felt afraid? What was going on at the time? How did you handle it? Who or what helped you to manage it? In your journal, describe this experience and include what aspects of it that you’re grateful for.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
