Think back to a time when you needed to be analytical and clear-thinking. When was this and what were the circumstances? Why was it necessary to approach it in this way? Describe in your journal everything involved and how you worked through it. How did it turn out for you? What aspects of this experience are you grateful for?
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
