When was the last time you needed to choose between two options? What were the options and when was this? Which option did you decide upon and why? How did it turn out for you? How do you feel about it? Describe this experience in your journal and include the aspects of it that you are grateful for.

If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
