Who in your life do you feel you have the strongest rapport with? Describe this person in your journal, along with the special bond you share, and why you are grateful to have them in your life. If you’d like, go ahead and write a letter or note of appreciation that shares these feelings to this person.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
