When was the last time you overcame your doubts about something? What was it and why were you feeling doubtful to begin with? How did you overcome it? In the end, how did things turn out for you? How do you feel about it now as you reflect upon this? Describe in your journal these details along with the aspects of it that you’re grateful for.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
