When was the last time you felt a sense of emotional fulfillment? What was going on at the time? Was anyone else involved? Describe this experience in your journal and include the aspects you are grateful for.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
