With that said, in the context of self-care, I take this card to mean it’s time to seek lasting solutions.
My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to examine the challenges you are struggling with and instead of resorting to a temporary quick fix, take the time to come up with a way to actually resolve them. Identify what the root issue really is and break down the steps that need to be taken to address it. Write down the steps and start working on them.
