How aware are you of your thoughts? In your journal, take a moment to consider what your most prevailing thought has been the last few days. Has it been an uplifting thought? Where is this line of thinking coming from? Is it just noise from the world around you or is it something that you have been ruminating on? If this is something you can’t do anything about, set the intention to redirect your thoughts whenever it comes up. Otherwise, set the intention to act upon it.
If for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, that’s okay, you can always write about something else instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
