In your journal, take a moment to consider how you feel right now. Name and claim it. Sit with it. Why do you feel this way? Is this the way you want to be feeling right now? If not, what do you need to do to change your emotional state? If change is what you desire, set the intention to make this change.
If for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, that’s okay, you can always write about something else instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
