In your journal, describe what makes you feel physically well and balanced. Is this something you are doing on a regular basis right now? Why, or why not? If not, what steps do you need to take in order for it to become part of your daily routine?
If for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, that’s okay, you can always write about something else instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
