When was the last time you felt agitated about something? What was it and why did you feel agitated? How did you soothe yourself and address the situation? Looking back at it, do you think it was effective for you? If not, what would you like to do differently next time? Explain all this in your journal.
If for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, that’s okay, you can always write about something else instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
