When was the last time you felt trapped? What was the situation and why did you feel trapped in it? Was anyone else involved, and if so how? How did you manage the situation? How do you feel about it now? Explain all of this in your journal.
If for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, that’s okay, you can always write about something else instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
