When was the last time you felt pensive? What was going on at the time? How did you end up working through it? How do you feel about it now? Looking back at it, is there anything you’d like to do differently the next time you feel this way? Describe all of this in your journal.
If for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, that’s okay, you can always write about something else instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
