When was the last time you felt abandoned? Why did you feel this way? How did you address it? How did that work out for you? How do you feel about it now? Will you manage it in the same way next time, or will you try something different? Describe all of this in your journal.
If for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, that’s okay, you can always write about something else instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
