With that said, in the context of self-care, I take this card to mean to have compassion for yourself.
My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to have compassion for yourself. According to Wikipedia, the “qualities of compassion are patience and wisdom; kindness and perseverance; warmth and resolve.” Understand and accept that you are only human and thus, not perfect. Know that even with your imperfections, you are still enough just as you are.
