My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to focus on integrating yourself in the life you have right now instead of numbing yourself out from the feelings you have. Disconnecting is not the way we feel whole and complete. By facing and acknowledging all of the emotions we have, we are able to move through them instead of remaining in the loop of them.
