My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week

Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to be mindful of how you manage conflicts and challenges. Are you being respectful to the Other as well as the Self when it occurs, or do you permit the Ego to take over and just fly off the handle? Do you remain open-minded or do you close off with weapons drawn? Do you burn the bridge or do you repair?
